The Invention Of Hugo Cabret (slight spoilers)

Click here if you want it: http://www.amazon.com/Invention-Hugo-Cabret-Brian-Selznick/dp/0439813786/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1297528534&sr=8-1
This book is mostly pictures, and thats why its so thick.
I liked the book, but the pictures were kind of annoying.
Its about a boy whos father died in a museum with a automaton
He went to live with his poor drunken uncle in a Paris train station until his uncle gets taken away, and Hugo is afraid he might be next. So he hides in a hidden room and steals from a store to stay alive.
He also works on fixing the Automaton and tries to get it to write
I also remember a girl and an old man in the book i don't really remember i haven't read it in a while, maybe 2 years ago.

Typewith.me

This is going to be a short review, a review of http://typewith.me/
I made this one: http://typewith.me/UqLGjYCmGq
Pretty much you click "click to create new document" or get a link of a document from a friend.
Than a blank page shows up and you and other people can type and see what your both typing at the same time, there is also a chat box to discuss things
Your text has a certain color highlight so you can tell whos typing it is and you get  to make a nickname.
it can be fun/boring it depends.

But see? Told you it was short.

Hoot (slight spoilers)

This book is entertaining and fun to read, but after reading this don't go thinking you'll like all the authors books because I heard Flush wasn't that good (if you still want it go here:http://www.amazon.com/Flush-Carl-Hiaasen/dp/0375861254/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1297527552&sr=1-1). I heard they made a movie about it, I don't think it would be that good because it doesn't seem like a book that can be made into a movie.

~Summary (slight spoilers)
A boy is in a bus when he sees a boy running, than at school he is being bullied by a girl. Than it goes to a different storyline of the running boy, who is trying to save endangered owls that live in the ground but ruining the construction site of a pancake house being built over it. He even spray paints a cop cars window black and removes the stakes. The truth is he ran away from home, he never liked his mother.
But I don't want to tell any more by majorly spoiling it.

Sheep (slight spoilers)

This book is like A Dog's Purpose, only he doesn't die. The border collie was raised on a farm with sheep which he herded, until a fire I think happened. He had different owners, but at the end he met a boy who snuck him into the orphanage. Really, I can't say anything without spoiling it. It's a short book 144 pgs but its still good. Sorry it's short but I have nothing else to say

Kirbys Epic Yarn

Ok, now you can laugh at me for playing this. Why? Because its a joke. All the bosses are ridiculously easy and big push overs, even the final boss, and there is a problem i don't like about the levels. There are some levels that aren't required and when I finish a world or whatever some doors are still locked, which is stupid. And the levels are simple, which i like. I mean, I like easy games. This game is a perfect example of using the overused word 'epic'. Pretty much everyone is made from yarn, and you get your own apartment to decorate and you have to decorate other peoples apartments and they show up and different minigames like the easiest one and the only one i remember, hide and go seek. I'm not kidding. Hide and go seek. But I only got it because come on, who can't resist a puffy pink living blob haha. Pretty much each world has a boss, you beat the boss they give you a piece of yarn and that piece of yarn stitches the previous and the next world together. And the last world is outside the yarn universe, and sorry to spoil it but the last boss is all the bosses 10% weaker combined. Like you beat one in one hit, the next boss appears. But I have to admit that magician boss is sorta annoying.
Almost forgot .... the transformations!
These are the names of them
Submarine: I think its sorta annoying, you transform into it once you hit deep water
Car: A transformation that lets you go faster, i like it but you can't turn around.
Parachute: If you press A while falling twice you turn into a parachute. Lets you fall slower so you can control where you land
Pendulum: Lets you swing on certain things
2 ton kirby: its like the move from Super Smash Bros Brawl where you turn kirby into an inanimate object and it smashes people.
TankBot: Super Transformation which means theres an item you collect and you turn into it, this transformation goes slow. With 2 player the second player controls a different cannon
Digger: Like TankBot, this is a Super Transformation. This allows you to dig in certain areas.
Spin Boarder: A Super Transformation. I like this one, its like surfing. Well i think it is surfing.
Saucer: A Super Transformation. This one is also pretty cool, it turns you into an UFO and you can suck things up with an alien beam or whatever, after you sucked up enough enemies you can send off a lightning flash.
Fire Engine: This Super Transformation turns you into a fire truck, and you can shoot water and put out fire.
Off roader: I don't really remember this Super Transformation but it turns you into a monster truck
Train: with this Super Transformation you can draw tracks and ride on them
Rocket: This Super Transformation is only used once or twice, and you can only go up and shoot enemies.
Dolphin: I like this Super Transformation, it turns you into a dolphin and you can go faster underwater.
Well i'm pretty sure thts it.
And Prince Fluff (2nd player) can turn into everything but tankbot, where he just shoots a cannon.

A dogs purpose

A Dogs Purpose by W. Bruce Cameron is, well, a really good book.
(if you want it click here, i highly recommend getting it: http://www.amazon.com/Dogs-Purpose-W-Bruce-Cameron/dp/0765326264/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1297389884&sr=8-1-catcorr)
Its about a dog who is first born feral, or in the wild, with his mother and 3 siblings, 2 brothers, 1 sister. They have to scavenge for food to stay alive. On an unfortunate day the dog catcher comes and brings him, his sister, mother, and brother to a pound which is in a womans backyard. They try running away but they are all captured and sadly, one of his brothers die of sickness. He is named Bailey and makes a friend (forgot her name sorry). Soon his mother runs away and his brother gets in a fight with a mean dog. Bailey tries to save him but he got hurt and his leg had to be amputated. He was put into a pound. No one adopted him and he was alone, one day the pound workers put him to sleep. He wakes up and soon is owned by a boy named Ethan. He lives a long life and dies of old age, and comes back to life as a girl dog that gets put into the K-9 unit. She saves several life when she loses her scent from toxic waste. The last rescue she had was rescuing a boy from the sewer, she than dies again from an old age. She wakes up again as a boy i think, and i'm up to that part so I don't know what happens.
The bad part is he isnt as enthusiastic when he goes back to life for the 3rd time, hes just a ponderer. Like a philosopher or something.
But overall I love the book.

Okami (slight spoilers)

I might sound like a dork here, but I like the game Okami.
This is what the Wii case looks like:
PlayStation2 Case:

Okamiden for the DS (coming March 15th this year (2011)):

Since I don't have a PlayStation2, I have the Wii version. First, lets talk about Okami.

OK... the game is based on Japanese mythology. You play as the Sun God Amaterasu, who is seen as a normal white wolf but actually looks like this:
In the beginning you learn about the tale of Orochi and how he would take a maiden as a sacrifice and Nagi and a white wolf fought and defeated Orochi, well 100 years later the small village of Kamiki is shrouded in darkness and Amaterasu is summoned to fight the darkness by Sakuya, a tree/plant god. On her journey Amaterasu brings Issun, the wandering artist who is bouncy, tiny, and green and hates being called a bug. Well, 100 years later history repeats itself and Orochi is awakened. Amaterasu must get to Orochi in the moon cave before Waka, his keeper or whatever, will get to the moon cave. Amaterasu is joined with Susano (Nagi's descendant) to defeat Orochi and ... well i don't want to give anymore spoilers. But on the way Amaterasu with her celestial brush find brush gods in constellations to gain more brush techniques, 13 in all. Also, Amaterasu and Issun must bloom all guardian saplings that protect Nippon and keep evil away.

And than I heard of Okamiden, which is a game for the DS and I'm pretty sure it's coming out March 15th this year (2011). But if you want to pre-order it click here: http://www.amazon.com/OkamiDen-Nintendo-DS/dp/B003IOGPAO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1297389399&sr=8-1
I really don't know if this game is the same or a sequel, or both. Like different and similar at the same time. But this game makes everyone, even Amaterasu, look young, little, and childish.
Like this is what Amaterasu looks like (shes so cuddly looking):
I'm pretty sure Issun is going to look like this:

But overall i pretty much know nothing about Okamiden.
