Pretty much you click "click to create new document" or get a link of a document from a friend.
Than a blank page shows up and you and other people can type and see what your both typing at the same time, there is also a chat box to discuss things
Your text has a certain color highlight so you can tell whos typing it is and you get to make a nickname.
it can be fun/boring it depends.
But see? Told you it was short.
